The SAMRTHA is a welfare society registered with the Govt. of Haryana with its registered office at Gurugram. It is dedicated to the working for upliftment of women in all its myriad forms including, but not limited to:
Development of skills by imparting vocational training free of cost to poor women.
Helping women create their own independent identity through economic empowerment.
Eradication of all forms of exploitation and discrimination and violence against women.
Helping women become equal partners in the family, in the society and in the process of nation building.
Providing counselling and psychological succour to victims of sexual and other forms of violence and abuse.
Arranging and organizing various kinds of programmes, activities and events for welfare and recreation of women.
To provide legal advice to victims of sexual or physical violence understand her rights and legal remedies available to her.
To organize programs and events to create awareness for improved hygiene and sanitation, particularly relevant to women and to distribute products/goods for better hygiene like sanitary pads among rural women.
To organize free medical camps and similar events.
